Rafael is one of the two founding partners of Colour Tech. Already employed in the industry, Rafael took the opportunity with Peter to grow Colour Tech from the ground-up. He has a passion for problem-solving and keeping customers happy. He is also focused on keeping our team engaged and enjoying their work.

Peter, the other founding partner, was looking for a new challenge when the opportunity to enter the print industry came along. Having a strong history in customer service, he understood the need for a quality service provider in the marketplace.
I like to ensure that when a customer deals with Colour Tech, that it is a positive and friendly experience.

Kim has been a key member since her first day with us in 2008. Customer focused and highly organised, she will probably be your first point of contact with us, and you will be in safe hands. Kim is fully informed in all of our processes and knows how to get the results you need.

Having a history of self-employment, Barry understands the pressures and needs of business. He is easy to talk to and understands that you need support, not a “sales pitch”. Barry will get to know you and work hard to ensure that your experience is a positive one.
